2nd Wednesday Theater:  An Evening of New Shorts by Greg Hischak

An evening of short plays by Gregory Hischak.

Part of the 2nd Wednesday Theater staged reading series, a monthly play-reading of rarely-performed classic, undiscovered gems, old chestnuts, and exciting new works.

Hischak is a recipient of a 2015 Mass Cultural Council Dramatic Writing. His play “The Center of Gravity” was presented on the main stage at Cotuit Center for the Arts in 2014. His short play “Poor Shem” was part of the 2014 Humana Festival of New American Plays. He teaches and facilitates young adult poetry workshops for the Cultural Center of Cape Cod's Rise & Shine Program and he is assistant director of the Edward Gorey House in Yarmouth Port.

He is also a co-host, with Christine Ernst, of the CCFTA Salon of Shorts, which is held the third Wednesday of every month.
