Not sure how to manage your digital picture files? Daunted by editing and storing and displaying and preserving ALL those photos on your phone and computer? Try Digital Darkroom for Beginners! Taught by master artist/instructor, Bob Singer, this six-session class will take you from managing and editing your digital picture files on your computer to printing them or displaying them as slide shows on your large-screen TV. You’ll discover the pros and cons of different picture editing software programs and which would be best for you. You'll learn about computer requirements; transferring pictures from camera, card,or cell phone to your computer; safest photo file storage and backup options to prevent accidental loss; and basic photo editing -- all well-paced for learning with plenty of time for dialog and questions. It’s the perfect starting point for beginners!
Bringing your own laptop is helpful, but not necessary.

About the instructor:
Bob Singer is a juried Master Artist in fine art photography, lecturer and instructor whose traditional and contemporary images hang in homes and offices across the United States and in Europe. His work has been featured on Cape Cod at the Cahoon Museum of Art, Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, Osterville Fine Art, Soho Arts, Samuell-Day Gallery, Cape Cod Art Association, Audubon Long Pasture and Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuaries and in Florida at the Venice Art Center and Abbacino Galleria.
Bob’s images and articles on digital photography have appeared in and on the covers of national magazines and in the consumer press as well as online at Electronic Publishing Online, Ultimate PhotoGuide and My Digital Photo, in advertising, annual reports, brochures and video productions.
Bob has taught digital photography and digital darkroom classes, leads photo workshops, judges, and presents seminars and programs at clubs and associations across the Northeast and in Florida for over 20 years. He is a recipient of the New England Camera Club Council's Master Member appellation (MNEC) and is a multi-star exhibitor in PSA International Pictorial and International Nature salons in which he has earned hundreds of acceptances and awards including the CCCW Photographic Society of America Nature Division Bronze Medal. Bob's images have also regularly appeared in the prestigious All Cape Cod, All New England, and National exhibitions as well as in many other open juried exhibitions.
Bob continually experiments with new photographic styles and techniques in an ever- broadening spectrum of images that range from the traditional to artfully treated wildlife and interpretive contemporary images.
