It may sound like Ballet…but its NOT! Led by dance instructor/powerhouse Susan Mendoza Friedman, this class mixes elements of Pilates, dance, and yoga — all choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing workout, you’ll use the barre or mat to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. Targeted exercises will increase your flexibility and balance.
For all ages and fitness levels. No experience necessary. Come to Barre Class and leave feeling invigorated with new strength!
Attire: comfortable exercise clothing, bare feet or socks. Bring a yoga mat or a big towel.
