Uku-fall

Beginner Ukulele with Steve, Fall 2019

Everyone is musical. Explore the music in you with the Ukulele! The Ukulele has enjoyed a comeback in recent years with popular artists, such as Train, IZ, and Jake Shimabukuro leading the charge. Students will learn basic chords and strumming patterns to classic songs that everyone knows.

Singing along is encouraged but not required. Once you’ve learned a few basic techniques, you’ll be on your way to playing pretty much any song you’d like to. Start your weekend with a little music!

This class is for adults and kids 12 and older. Younger kids welcome if taking the class with a parent!

Please bring your own ukulele. One can easily be purchased online for under 30 bucks! A great investment!
This class in not suitable for baritone ukuleles.

Our classes and workshops are open to students of all abilities and needs. We are currently unable to provide one-on-one instruction, though we will make every attempt to address accommodations for full and successful engagement whenever possible.
If a student requires individual supports, parent/guardian/PCA/teacher/ABA Therapists/etc are welcome to attend.
