Just like training for any sport, you need to stretch your drawing muscles and work your body/brain connection. This workshop with artist B. McCormick will explore several ways to loosen your thought process and just draw. There is no wrong way. There is no bad drawing.
Each day we will spend time ‘Mark Making’ in various ways with no expectations other that having fun and learn different drawing exercises that you can take away with you. We will work with still life and figures. This workshop is for anyone who wants to learn, get a tune-up, or explore drawing exercises in a supportive, non-judgmental and get some serious learning — and serious fun doing it!

Blind contour drawing
For beginners to advanced. At the end of the final day, we will have a mini Gallery "opening" to see the amazing drawings that have been produced over the course of the week.

Our classes and workshops are open to students of all abilities and needs. We are currently unable to provide one-on-one instruction, though we will make every attempt to address accommodations for full and successful engagement whenever possible.
