Summer Art is back! Popular artist/instructors David Sigel and Hilary Hutchison will offer two sessions for enthusiastic young artists, ages 11 to 16. This is a studio-based, two-week program that will introduce students to a wide range of art materials and methods of making art.
Summer Art 2020 will give students the opportunity to explore projects in a creative and innovative environment. Classes will be offered daily, 8:30 am through 12:30 pm, for a total of 10 classes and 40 hours of instruction. Painting, drawing, printmaking, and sculpture will be taught. At the end of each session, every student will have acquired new skills, produced a portfolio of artwork, and benefited from the experience of working with peers in a fun, motivating, and creative studio setting.
