Covid policy as of December 22, 2021

We invited you back to live entertainment. And you accepted our invitation with such enthusiasm and in such great numbers! Welcome back to live theater and concerts! And just to remind you, we are continually monitoring the most up-to-date information regarding Covid as we make decisions to safeguard the health, safety, and well-being of our patrons and staff.

Until Further Notice: Policy for Indoor Programming -

As of December 22, 2021, all patrons, including adults and children 12 and older, must present either proof of vaccination or negative COVID test taken within 72 hours of the event in order to enter the Theater or Gallery.

  • Please note all guests within a party will need to show proof of vaccination. Please have proof out and ready to show. This will make checking in much easier!

Also, in light of the Massachusetts mask advisory issued December 21, 2021, ALL PATRONS REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS are required to be masked at all times when in the theater, classrooms, and gallery.

  • Please bring your actual Proof of Vaccination card TO EACH EVENT YOU ATTEND GOING FORWARD or show it on your mobile device.
  • If you are unable to be vaccinated or to verify your vaccination for any reason, proof of a negative COVID test (PCR test within 72 hours or antigen test within 24 hours) is required and can be provided by:
    • Showing a photo or email of negative test results or of a doctor’s order of test results
  • If on the day of the performance you are experiencing any COVID symptoms, please stay home and contact the box office for more information about exchanges or refunds
