Cotuit Center for the Arts presents The Princi/Magnus Project, an exciting collaboration featuring Siobhan Magnus and Brendan Princi live in concert alongside a first-rate lineup of local musicians. The concert will take place on the Main Stage on Friday, March 17, 2023 at 7:30PM.
The Princi/Magnus Project features American idol finalist and powerhouse vocalist Siobhan Magnus and local singer-songwriter Brendan Princi in a collaboration like no other. Their vocal tones intermingle throughout, enhancing each song. The sound is an eclectic mix of genres and features originals and choice covers. Be prepared to kick on the dancing shoes and cut a rug.
The accompanying band is a creative collective of local musicians and a deep pool of talent. Sean Ball plays in several projects, including The New Motif, and is the driving force and the backbone of the band on drums. One Take Jake, from Shango Axe and Dirty Water Dance Band, provides amazingly beautiful lead guitar melodies and jams, transcending you to another musical level. Carl Hedin, from 57 Heavy and Dirty Water Dance Band, thumps out tasty bass licks to drive the music and get the toes tapping. Brendan Lynch rips the keys with melodic sounds and soothing notes.
When they take the stage it’s sure to be a magical night of music, with a mutual admiration among the musicians that is tangible and palpable throughout the performance. The Princi/Magnus Project musicians feed off each other’s energy in magnificent collaboration and leave the audience with lasting memories and music.
